At Blak Lyfe Apparel, every item is made to order — crafted with care just for you. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your gear.

Shipping Policy - the basics

🚚 Order Processing
All products are custom made after your order is placed. Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing and production before shipping.

Note: Processing times may vary during high-volume seasons, promotions, or holidays.

🌍 Shipping Times
Shipping times are estimated based on your location:

U.S. Orders: 3–5 business days after production

International Orders: 7–21 business days after production

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, and others. Tracking info will be emailed as soon as your order is on the way.

💸 Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions — follow us on social media to stay in the loop!

⚠️ Incorrect Shipping Info
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or delayed:

Wait at least 3 business days past the estimated delivery date.

Then, call us at 888-454-1739 ext. 102 and we’ll help track it down.

Lost orders must be reported within 3 days of the estimated delivery date to be eligible for replacement.

📬 Unclaimed Shipments
Packages that go unclaimed and are returned to our facility will be held for 30 days. After that, they will be donated to charity and will not be eligible for reshipment or refund.

🌐 International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide! However, customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.
